Product Introduction

ESD Bin also known as anti-static parts box, is a container specially used to store electronic components and other items. It can effectively prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity, thereby protecting the stored items from static damage. It is widely used in machinery, automobiles, home appliances, light industry, electronics and other industries. It is suitable for transportation, distribution, warehousing and circulation processing in factory production. It can be used with a variety of logistics containers and workstations. Anti-static performance: It can effectively release the static charge accumulated on the surface of objects, prevent charge accumulation and high potential difference, and thus avoid static electricity damage to components.
Material characteristics: non-toxic and odorless, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, lightweight and durable. Some materials also have the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high toughness and super wear resistance.

Classification

Classification by structural performance: covering stacked component bins, hanging component bins, flip-top component bins, component bins with covers, oblique-mouth component bins, flat-mouth component bins, drawer-type component bins, component bins with digital drawers, etc.

Working principle: ESD sensitive devices are placed in anti-static component bins. During the handling and placement process, friction will be generated when the sensitive devices are in contact with and separated from the component box, generating electric charges. The anti-static component box has the characteristics of static dissipation, which not only generates less charge during contact and separation, but also releases these charges in time to avoid charge accumulation, thus effectively protecting ESD sensitive devices.
