Deskripsi
ESD Anti-Static Foams are formulated with permanently conductive additives integrated into the foam matrix, delivering consistent electrostatic discharge control and physical protection across a full range of industrial applications. The product line covers four core material types to match different performance and cost requirements.
- ESD EVA Foam: High-density closed-cell EVA foam with excellent resilience and impact absorption. Ideal for heavy component packaging, equipment base pads and shock-absorbing liners. Available in multiple hardness grades.
- ESD IXPE Foam: Electronically crosslinked polyethylene foam with ultra-low particle emission and smooth surface. Designed for Class 100-1000 cleanrooms, semiconductor handling and high-purity packaging.
- ESD PU Foam: Soft open-cell polyurethane foam with excellent conformability and compression recovery. Suitable for precision component cradles, gap filling and delicate surface protection.
- ESD EPE Foam: Lightweight expanded polyethylene foam for cost-effective general purpose packaging and transportation cushioning.
All foams can be custom fabricated into sheets, rolls, die-cut shapes and custom profiles. The ESD property is permanent and will not degrade with washing, friction or normal wear. Surface resistance is consistently maintained within standard static dissipative ranges.
