ESD trolley, also known as PCB board turnover cart, transfer cart, storage cart, etc., is an industrial equipment specially designed to prevent static electricity accumulation and discharge. It is mainly used in static-sensitive working environments. By using special materials and technologies, it effectively eliminates static electricity and prevents its accumulation, ensuring the safety and stability of the working process. Anti-static turnover carts are made of special anti-static materials, such as anti-static materials with a surface resistance of 10 to the 6th power to 10 to the 9th power, which can quickly conduct away the accumulated static electricity and prevent static electricity from damaging electronic components. The metal grounding chain installed at the bottom of the car can discharge static electricity through the grounding chain even if the wheels are affected by dust and affect static electricity discharge, further ensuring the effective elimination of static electricity.
Equipped with high-quality anti-static plastic wheels or conductive rubber wheels, some of which have brakes, the trolley is flexible and stable, and is convenient for transporting goods between workshops, warehouses and other places. The design of the wheels makes the trolley quiet during movement and does not interfere with the working environment.
The body frame is usually made of high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel, which has excellent compression and wear resistance, can withstand heavy cargo weight, and maintain a long service life in harsh working environments. For example, some turnover vehicles use 304 stainless steel to make frames, which are not only strong and durable, but also have good corrosion resistance.
