Designed for material handlers and SMT line operators, these racks streamline reel storage, kitting and line-side replenishment while eliminating ESD damage risks.
The evenly spaced slots hold standard SMT reel sizes upright and separated, preventing tangling of tape and protecting component leads. The raised support feet enable stable stacking to maximize vertical storage space in warehouses and work cells. Integrated hand grips on both ends allow easy lifting and transport between storage and production lines. Available in single-channel and dual-channel configurations with multiple slot capacities to accommodate 7″, 13″ and other standard reel diameters.
